Betty Vos, MSW,PH.D., CADC
Betty specializes in providing dialectical behavioral therapy services, as well as services for mature women.

Chuck Sweetman, LBSW, ACADC
Chuck has been employed in a variety of positions at Prairie Ridge over the past 34 years. He is trained in REBT, Motivational Interviewing and is a MINT member. He works with substance abuse and gambling clients, facilitates the gambling treatment group, and sees Spanish-speaking clients.

Dana Hrubetz, BA in Criminal Justice and Human Services, CADC
Dana has been employed by Prairie Ridge since 2002. Dana specializes in serving clients who are involved in the criminal justice system at both the state and federal level, providing primarily cognitive-behavioral therapy. She facilitates the criminal conduct and substance curriculum and has been additional training in motivational interviewing.

Jameson Mayberry, MA in Marriage and Family Therapy, CADC
Jameson specializes in providing the "Talking About Change" curriculum, the family MATRIX curriculum, and he provides the suboxone treatment group. He also works with couples and families in addressing marriage and family issues.

Jess Throndson, BA, CADC, Charles City outreach office
Jess specializes in dialectical behavioral individual and group therapy in addiction to substance abuse treatment.

Kate Weiner, LMSW, CADC
Kate specializes in performing hospital based assessments, working with people who have co-occurring needs and with adolescents services.

Molly Bartusch, LMFT, MA, CADC.
Molly specializes in and facilitates trauma and recovery groups for women and the Taking Charge group for clients referred by the Department of Human Services..

Phil Heath, BS, ACADC, Algona outreach office
Phil has worked in the outreach office 1985. He was recognized as the Exceptional Rural Professional of the Year from the National Rural Alcohol and Drug Abuse Network, Inc.

Randy Bobst M.A. Substance Abuse Counseling, IADC
Randy is the primary counselor for the Evening Intensive Outpatient Program where he utilizes the Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Matrix curriculums.  He has worked in the Substance Abuse/Employee Assistance field since 1982.  His areas of special training include Motivational Interviewing, Marriage and Family Counseling, Critical Incident Management, and Work/Life Coaching.

Jim Whitehurst, BA in Psychology and Human Services, IADC
Specializing in the Matrix program.  Works with clients involved in the criminal justice system both at state and federal levels, providing primarily Congnitive Behavioral Therapy.  Works with gambling cients, and facilitates gambling treatment groups and has additional training in REBT and Motivational Interviewing.

Chris Hager, MA, CADC, NCC
Chris is the primary adolecent counselor and provides MATRIX sessions for adults.
