* Cell phones must be checked at the desk due to camera capabilities.

Residential clients are eligible for telephone*, internet and visitation privileges upon admission. There are several daily phone and internet times allowed. Visitation is on the weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

Prairie Ridge is a private, not-for-profit, cimmunity-based organization. Prairie Ridge accepts the following payment options:
* Payment for services from most major health insurance plans.
* Medicaid reimbursment.
* Self-pay (We accept most major credit cards)
* Sliding-scale fee is available for Iowa residents only.
Arrangements for payment should be made in advance by contacting on of our accounts receivable staff members. (641.424.2391 or 866.429.2391)
* Towels, wash clothes, soaps.
* Bed linens, pillows, and blankets (you may bring own pillow).
* Over-the-counter pain relievers, vitamins, antacids, etc.
* Laundry facilites are free of charge.
