Jane has been employed with Prairie Ridge since 2002 and specializes in providing dialectical behavioral therapy and adventure-based therapy services to clients.
Jennifer Tarr, BA, ACADC
Jenny has been employed at Prairie Ridge since 2005 and specializes in providing dialectical behavioral therapy and MATRIX and has done training throughout the state of Iowa in the MATRIX curriculum.

Brad LeClere, Full-time CA, Evenings
Brad has assisted in developing a fitness curriculum for clients and currently conducts the follow-up surveys and support calls for clients leaving the residential program.
Doug Johnson, Part-time CA, All shifts
Doug has completed the peer coaching training through the Access to Recovery Program and, in addition to his role as a CA, serves as a peer-facilitator for the MATRIX program.
Gary Jansen, Full-time CA, Overnights on the weekends
Melissa Holland, Full-time - Lead CA. Melissa has a degree in Human Services and is co-facilitator for Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Women's 12 Step and MATRIX.
Maggie Caldwell, RN, Full-time CA, Days
In addition to her duties as a CA, Maggie serves as our residential nurse and assists with the coordination of the Suboxone clinic and Dr. Ramos's outpatient Psychiatric assessment and medication review appointments.

Mike specializes in providing clients with 12-Step programming and the opportunity to work through the steps while in residential treatment.

Roberta Rich, Art Education Degree, Part-time CA, All shifts
Roberta has also worked for the past 14 years teaching for AEA Special Programming for students with behavioral and emotional disorders. Roberta provides art projects for clients designed to support relaxation and stress management goals.

In addition to her role as a CA, Shirley provides nursing support to the Prairie Ridge residential program.
