Tim provides maintenance duties that includes the extensive grounds and all  building maintenance.

Brenda holds a clerical diploma from North Iowa Area Community College and  provides transcription and support services.

Desiree works in the area of billing and general support services.  She has an AA degree in Office Specialist and Diploma in Transcription from North Iowa Area Community College.

Mark Harrington, Mason City office

Mark is the Information Technology Coordinator.  He is responsible for all aspects of IT as well as the Web Site.  He has experience with software,hardware and has worked in multiple business and factory office environments.

Lisa provides receptionist and general support staff services.

Michelle has a bachelor's degree and specializes in filling in where needed with transcription, reception and training new support staff.
